A growing logistics and supply chain company in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and execution of freight and delivery operations. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments
- Liaise with suppliers, freight carriers, and customs agents to ensure on-time deliveries
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Resolve delivery discrepancies, delays, and customer complaints efficiently
- Update logistics management systems with accurate shipment status information
