Job Description
We are recruiting energetic and detail-oriented Fruit Packers to work at our agricultural packing facility in Bitola, Macedonia. The role involves sorting, grading, and packing fresh agricultural produce for local and international distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and grade fruits and vegetables according to size, quality, and type
- Pack produce into boxes, crates, or containers following set standards
- Label packed products accurately for traceability and distribution
- Maintain a hygienic work environment in line with food safety requirements
- Monitor packing line speed and ensure targets are met
- Report damaged or substandard produce to the line supervisor
